Lemon pepper turkey breasts
- 1 cup panko crumbs
- 3 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning - or more depending on your liking for lemon pepper
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 packages turkey breasts thinly sliced
- 1 nonstick spray
- Preheat oven to 350?
- Mix lemon pepper seasoning with panko crumbs
- Heat skillet till hot, you want the turkey to sizzle as soon as it is laid down in skillet to get that deep crisp crust and color
- Rinse turkey breasts in hot water.
- But be gentle they will fall apart.
- Dip turkey breasts in panko mixture pressing firmly to adhere to the turkey breasts.
- Cook each size for about 4 mins depending on how crispy you like it can be longer
- Set up a baking sheet and spray nonstick spray.
- Add turkey breasts and throw in oven for about 15-20 mins.
- Or until desired crispness is achieved.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
