Lemon pepper turkey breasts

  1. Preheat oven to 350?
  2. Mix lemon pepper seasoning with panko crumbs
  3. Heat skillet till hot, you want the turkey to sizzle as soon as it is laid down in skillet to get that deep crisp crust and color
  4. Rinse turkey breasts in hot water.
  5. But be gentle they will fall apart.
  6. Dip turkey breasts in panko mixture pressing firmly to adhere to the turkey breasts.
  7. Cook each size for about 4 mins depending on how crispy you like it can be longer
  8. Set up a baking sheet and spray nonstick spray.
  9. Add turkey breasts and throw in oven for about 15-20 mins.
  10. Or until desired crispness is achieved.
  11. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
