Burger King's Bk Broiler Recipe
- 2 x chicken breast fillets
- 4 x sesame seed hamburger buns
- 1 1/3 c. minced lettuce
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 8 x tomato slices
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp oregano
- 1 dsh onion pwdr
- 1 dsh parsley
- Make the marinade by combining the ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Prepare the chicken by cutting each breast in half.
- Fold a piece of plastic wrap around each piece of chicken and lb.
- the meat with a tenderizing mallet till it is about 1/4-inch thick and about the same diameter as the hamburger buns.
- Place the chicken into the marinade, cover it, and refrigeratefor at least four hrs.
- Overnight is even better.
- Preheat your barbecue or possibly indoor grill to high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 3 to 4 min per side or possibly till done.
- Toast the faces of the hamburger buns in a pan or possibly griddle, in a toaster over, or possibly face-down on the grill.
- Watch the buns closely to be certain which the faces turn only light brown and don't burn.
- Build each sandwich from the top down by first spreading about a Tbsp.

- Spread about 1/3 c. of minced lettuce over the mayonnaise.
- Arrange two tomato slices on the lettuce.
