Potatoes, Pork, & Green Chile Casserole #5FIX

  1. Spray a casserole dish generously with cooking spray.
  2. Empty the potatoes with onions into dish.
  3. Salt & pepper potatoes lightly.
  4. Spread with the diced green chile.
  5. Lay the pork chops on top of the chile.
  6. Spoon cream of mushroom soup over all and spread evenly.
  7. Cover with casserole lid or aluminum foil.
  8. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
