Angelini Grill Bruschetta Recipe

  1. Finely chop the tomatoes and basil.
  2. Mix them in a bowl with parsley and extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Cut the rolls in half.
  5. Toast them under a warm broiler for a few min, till nicely golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, and rub the toasted side generously with the cut side of the garlic clove.
  7. Top each piece with a portion of the tomato mix and serve immediately.
