Veggie Topped Tilapia

  1. Place fillets in a baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Drizzle with wine or broth and sprinkle with seafood seasoning.
  3. Combine the onion, green pepper, tomatoes, lemon juice, and garlic powder; spoon over fillets.
  4. Cover and bake at 425* for 10 minutes.
  5. Uncover and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake about 5 minutes longer...until fish flakes easily with a fork.
