Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

  1. Grill up the chicken and cool in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare noodle as instructed- drain, rinse and chill.
  3. In a large bowl combine noodles, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and olives and toss lightly.
  4. Add dressing, small amounts at time and continue tossing.
  5. You can use as little or as much dressing as you like depending on your tastes.
  6. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and add to the bowl of other ingredients.
  7. Mix lightly.
  8. **Some thinly sliced/chopped pepperoni and swiss cheese is also a great addition to this recipe!
  9. Sprinkle with the garlic salt and pepper and top with the Parmesan.
