Parsnip and Apple cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius, line and grease a 23cm tin
  2. Mix together the flour, raising agents, spices and almonds
  3. Stir in the sugar, parsnip, apple, orange zest and raisins
  4. Beat together the eggs, oil and milk
  5. Mix everything together
  6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  7. Nice with cream cheese icing on the top!
