Rancher's Cottage Cheese Salad
- 1-1/4 gal. fat-free small curd cottage cheese
- 1-1/4 qt. celery, chopped
- 2-1/2 cups yellow peppers, chopped
- 2-1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in warm water, drained and thinly sliced
- 1-3/4 cups red onions, chopped
- 2/3 cup freeze-dried chopped chives
- 3 Tbsp. GOOD SEASONS Ranch Dry Mix Salad Dressing
- Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
