White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

  1. MIX cream cheese and sugar with mixer until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended.
  3. Melt chocolate with liqueur; cool and fold into prepared batter.
  4. POUR into crumb crust.
  5. BAKE at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes or until centre is almost set.
  6. Cool to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with strawberries as shown and drizzle with melted jelly.
