Pork Chops with Mushrooms in White Wine Cream Sauce

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange them in a single layer in pan.
  4. Pan-fry for approximately 2 minutes on each side to brown.
  5. Pour in wine and continue cooking for 6 minutes.
  6. Remove chops from pan but keep warm.
  7. Pour cream into the skillet and stir.
  8. Add mushrooms and stir.
  9. Increase heat to high.
  10. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  11. Return chops to pan, including any juices, to warm.
  12. Serve with sauce and mushrooms spooned on top of chops.
