Festive Pine Cone Cheese Ball

  1. Combine everything but the almonds thoroughly.
  2. Shape and place on a rather large platter, forming the shape of a pine cone (flat against the platter).
  3. Place in refrigerator to chill for about a half an hour.
  4. Stud cheese with almonds to cover it, doing it in rows to resemble a pine cone.
  5. Put back in refrigerator until serving time.
  6. Just before serving, place a few small pine branches around the cheese ball.
  7. Really festive and a show stopper.
  8. Serve with crackers.
