Bak Choy And Egg Soup
- 2 eggs
- 1 liter stock
- 3 clove pounded garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 cup bak choy
- 1 cherry plum tomato
- in pan with oil saute garlic then add stock bring to a boil
- add eggs and break egg yolk and swirl 2 circle only then off heat
- once eggs set add bak choy and bring soup to a boil then off heat and serve immediately top tomato
