Creamy Ham Fettuccine (Quick and Easy)

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender.
  3. Stir in flour until blended.
  4. Gradually stir in cream.
  5. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  6. Add broccoli.
  7. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered, for 7-10 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in ham, 1/2 cup Parmesan, garlic salt, pepper, oregano, and nutmeg.
  9. Drain pasta; top with sauce.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
