Sauteed Brocolli Rabe, Collard Greens, or Kale Recipe

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds till translucent.
  3. Increase to Med-high and add the greens.
  4. Toss with tongs until wilted (3-4 min for Rabe or Collards, 5-6 minutes for Kale).
  5. Add vinegar, salt and pepper.
  6. Taste and adjust.
  7. Serve immediately.
