Sauteed Brocolli Rabe, Collard Greens, or Kale Recipe
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 bunches broccoli rabe, collard greens or kale, stemmed and chopped
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- Seasoning salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and saute 30 seconds till translucent.
- Increase to Med-high and add the greens.
- Toss with tongs until wilted (3-4 min for Rabe or Collards, 5-6 minutes for Kale).
- Add vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust.
- Serve immediately.
