Coffee Mousse
- 8 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch), coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
- 1 tsp. hot water
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup canned sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1/3 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Place chopped cookies in 8 dessert dishes.
- Dissolve coffee in hot water.
- Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy.
- Gradually add condensed milk, beating until well blended after each addition.
- Add coffee; mix well.
- Whisk in COOL WHIP; spoon into dessert dishes.
- Top with marshmallows and cinnamon.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
