Cashews turtles
- 1/2 packages white almond bark
- 1/2 packages chocolate almond bark
- 1 can large cashews
- 2 packages caramel candy
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp crisco
- spray parchment paper with non stick spray.
- Arrange small mound cashews on parchment paper.
- Melt caramels with some water on low heat, stir slowly until melted thoroughly.Top cashews with melted caramel covering ALL nuts.
- Refridgerat for 15 min.
- Melt chocolate in microwave for 3 minutes, checking every min and stir until all chocolate is melted.
- Stir in tbsp of crisco.Dip cashew/caramel mixture in chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper and refridgerate until its hard.
