Molten Chocolate Pudding Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
  3. Stir in half of the chocolate chunks.
  4. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking dish or shallow casserole dish; set aside.
  5. Pour milk into large bowl.
  6. Add dry pudding mixes, flavored instant coffee and cinnamon.
  7. Beat with wire whisk 1 min.
  8. or until well blended.
  9. Pour over cake batter in center of pan; sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chunks.
  10. Bake 1 hour or until cake appears baked in the center.
  11. Cool slightly.
