Blanc de Fraise
- 3 strawberries, diced, plus 1 strawberry slice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- Ice
- 1 ounce gin
- 3/4 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
- 2 1/2 ounces chilled cava
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the diced strawberries with the Simple Syrup.
- Add ice and the gin and Cointreau and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Top with the cava and garnish with the strawberry slice.
