Pink Lemonade Ice Cream Pie Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom and sides of an 8 or possibly 9 inch pie pan.
  3. Bake 10 min; cold.
  4. Combine ice cream and lemonade; mix well.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Freeze till hard.
  7. Garnish with thin lemon slices and/or possibly mint leaves.
  8. Serve frzn or possibly slightly thawed.
