Morning Apple Cake
- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 cups butter, melted
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups applesauce
- 1 12 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 apples, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced
- added ground cinnamon
- Whisk together Eagle Brand, eggs and melted butter.
- Stir in baking mix, cinnamon, applesauce, pecans and raisins, if using.
- Pour batter evenly into parchment paper-lined 13x9 baking dish.
- Arrange the apples in rows over batter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
- Bake in preheated 325F oven 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Garnish as desired.
