Peanut Butter, Apple, Bacon Panini
- 1 whole Granny Smith Or Other Tart Apple, Sliced Thin
- 12 strips Bacon, Cooked Crisp
- 8 pieces Whole Grain Bread
- 1/2 cups Peach Preserves
- Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- Combine peach preserves and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Lay out 4 bread slices, spread peanut butter on each slice.
- Spread a layer of peach preserves on each slice.
- Top each slice with 3 slices of bacon and thinly sliced apple.
- Put another slice of bread on top.
- Brush melted butter on either side of your sandwich.
- Place in a George Foreman grill, panini press or in a frying pan (heated as each requires).
- Cook or grill until golden brown on the outside, flipping over if you need to.
- Enjoy!
