  1. OREO Creme: Beat ingredients in large bowl with mixer fitted with paddle attachment until well blended.
  2. Chocolate Pancake Batter: Stir cocoa into pancake batter.
  3. Fold in chips.
  4. Strawberry Sauce: Heat preserves in top of double boiler; fold in strawberries.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. (Note: If sauce gets too thick, return double boiler to stove top to reheat until sauce thins to desired consistency.)
  7. For each serving: Cook 3 pancakes on hot griddle, using #40 scoop (about 1-1/4 oz.)
  8. to measure batter for each pancake.
  9. Remove from griddle.
  10. Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
  11. OREO Creme onto center of each pancake; place on serving plate, overlapping slightly.
  12. Spoon 3 Tbsp.
  13. Strawberry Sauce over pancakes.
  14. Top with a 1-Tbsp.
  15. rosette of whipped topping.
  16. Drizzle 1/2 tsp.
  17. OREO Creme Icing Variegate over pancakes; sprinkle with 1 tsp.
  18. OREO Pieces.
