Soy-Ginger-Lime Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

  1. Place turkey in a shallow dish.
  2. Combine the garlic, ginger and shallots in a mini-food processor and process until minced.
  3. Next add the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice and black pepper.
  4. Blend until thoroughly combined.
  5. Pour the marinade over the turkey and let sit at room temperature for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Preheat grill to medium heat and cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until done.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes.
