Sunshine Chapati

  1. Mix tahini with lemon juice in measuring cup, add tamari and stir well.
  2. Lay chapatis out on a counter.
  3. Spread mix down the center of each chapati, using about 1 tablespoon per chapati.
  4. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds over mix on each chapati.
  5. Lay slices of cheese over sunflower seeds, 3 slices per chapati.
  6. Next lay spinach leaves over cheese.
  7. And top with alfalfa sprouts.
  8. To eat, roll lengthwise until you have a rolled-up log.
