One-Pot Broccoli Chicken Pasta
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 3 cups fusilli pasta, uncooked
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) chicken broth
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
- Cook chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 7 to 8 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in pasta, broth and water; bring to boil.
- Cover; simmer on low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add broccoli; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add Cheez Whiz; stir until Cheez Whiz is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
