Miso Soup with Tofu and Leeks
- 1 Silken tofu
- 1 Leek
- 400 ml Dashi stock
- 2 tbsp Miso
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the leek diagonally.
- Pour the dashi stock into a pot, and turn on the heat.
- Bring to a boil, add the tofu, and simmer for about 1 minute.
- Dissolve in the miso, add the leek, simmer briefly, then it's done
