Miso Soup with Tofu and Leeks

  1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the leek diagonally.
  3. Pour the dashi stock into a pot, and turn on the heat.
  4. Bring to a boil, add the tofu, and simmer for about 1 minute.
  5. Dissolve in the miso, add the leek, simmer briefly, then it's done
