Ground Round Steak Patties Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd round
- 2 sm. onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp. flour, heaping
- Form patties with a knife so as to not pack meat.
- Brown in warm butter.
- Remove from pan.
- Brown sliced onions in drippings.
- Add in flour and make a gravy, adding a little water at a time.
- If not brown sufficient, add in soy sauce.
- Place patties in gravy and simmer for about 30 min.
- Season with salt and pepper.
