Almond Cake

  1. Beat eggs with 2 cups sugar until white.
  2. Wash almonds, dry them and grind in the mincer.
  3. Mix almond mass in eggs and whisk 10-20 minutes.
  4. Grease two cake pans with butter and sprinkle them with the bread crumbs.
  5. Bake in 375 degree F oven for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Pour cream into a pan, add 1 cup sugar and the vanilla.
  7. Boil on low heat stirring regularly until dense and light brown.
  8. Cool down and whip.
  9. Place one of the cakes on a dish, spread cream on it.
  10. Cover with the other cake and spread the rest of cream.
  11. Decorate with chopped almonds.
