Green And Gold Souffle Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter 6 c. souffle dish.
  3. Remove souffles from foil pans.
  4. Cut each souffle into 1 inch squares.
  5. Mix souffle squares and cheese in dish.
  6. Bake uncovered till knife inserted in center comes out clean, 75 to 80 min.
  7. Makes 5 servings.
