Sour Cream Rhubarb Pie Recipe

  1. Put rhubarb in pie shell.
  2. Mix lowfat sour cream, 1 1/2 c. sugar, flour, and egg yolks.
  3. Pour over rhubarb.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Cold slightly; add in 6 Tbsp.
  6. sugar gradually to beaten egg whites.
  7. Spread over pie and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
