Beef With Snow Peas Recipe
- 2 pound beef steak, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 pkg. frzn snow peas (thawed & liquid removed)
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- Mix all butter ingredients together, add in beef, cover and chill at least 6 hrs.
- Heat wok to 375 degrees.
- Add in 2 Tbsp.
- oil.
- Add in peas and onions.
- Cook till almost tender, stir in soy sauce and sugar; cook 1 minute longer.
- Remove from wok.
- Add in oil; cook beef 3 min.
- Add in marinade sauce.
- Add in vegetables and cook for 2 min more or possibly till beef is done.
- Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
- Serves 6.
