Low-carb Easy Mashed Potato-style Okara
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 200 ml Soy milk
- 50 grams Easy melting cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
- Put the okara and soy milk into a pot.
- Mix well and then turn on the heat to medium.
- Once Step 1 begins to bubble, add the salt and cheese.
- Mix well.
- When the cheese has melted, stir until it becomes as thick as you want.
- Optionally season with pepper and it's done.
- It's of course a great side dish to any meat menu, and it also tastes rice replacer when having curry.
