Bourbon Street Pie Recipe

  1. CRUST-Mix all, put in pan and bake at 325 for 6 to 8 min.
  2. Refrigeratebefore filling.
  3. FILLING-Beat white and beat yolk for 1 minute.
  4. Combine.
  5. Add in sugar, bourbon and pecans.
  6. Mix in cream and vanilla.
  7. Pour in shell.
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  9. Freeze and serve frzn.
