Family Taco Casserole Recipe
- 1 (1/3 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of onion soup
- 1 (16 ounce) canhunt's diced tomatoes (mostly drained)
- 1 lb ground beef (I use lean or extra lean)
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) taco seasoning
- 1 (8 ounce) packagegrated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (11 ounce) package nacho cheese flavor Doritos, crushed
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies, mild
- sour cream (to garnish)
- green onion (to garnish)
- 34 cup sliced black olives
- Brown meat and onion then drain.
- Add seasoning mix, corn, green chilies and then stir
- Mix soups and tomatoes together.
- Grease a 9x13 pan.
- Layer in this order: Doritos, pinto beans, meat mixture, olives,.
- Pour soup/tomato mixture over top.
- Sprinkle cheese over all and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
- Put a dollop of sour cream on each serving.
