Basque-Style Chicken

  1. Heat 1/4 cup dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook 2 to 3 min.
  3. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
  5. Add remaining dressing and onions to skillet; cook and stir 5 min.
  6. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  7. Stir in sweet peppers, tomatoes, bacon, paprika and crushed pepper; top with chicken.
  8. Bring to boil; cover.
  9. Simmer on low heat 20 min.
  10. or until chicken is done (170 degrees F).
  11. Serve over rice.
