Good Ole Georgia Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

• 2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 1/4 c. melted butter
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 c. lowfat milk
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or possibly allspice
• 9" pie shell, unbaked

1. Mix all ingredients well and pour into pie shell.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min or possibly till knife comes clean.
3. This beats pumpkin pie all holler.
4. Ya'all will go a right smart way before you find anything better.
