Aunt Carol's Oatmeal Lace Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. Oats, rolled, quick-cooking
• 1 c. Sugar
• 2 tsp Flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 8 ounce Butter, melted
• 1 x Egg, beaten

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together, and add in the liquids and mix.
2. Chill 24 hrs.
3. Heat oven to 325 F. Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil, and drop dough on in small spoonfuls, leave 2" between each.
4. Bake 11 min.
