Warm Tortelloni & Chicken Salad

  1. Cook tortelloni according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. Cut bacon into small pieces and cook in a large skillet over med high heat until almost done.
  3. Add chicken breast.
  4. Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the middle, approx 5 minutes.
  5. Drain most of the bacon drippings.
  6. Add the Balsamic Vinegar/Italian Dressing and the Spinach, cooking over med heat for approx 5 minutes, turning frequently to wilt the spinach.
  7. Add the tortelloni and stir to coat.
  8. Season with Salt and Pepper as desired.
  9. Great served with a crusty bread.
