Ham and Potato Salad
- 600g baby potatoes
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 4 eggs, hard boiled and quartered
- 150g sliced ham, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup chopped italian parsley
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Creamy Egg Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- Steam or microwave potatoes until tender.
- Drain and slice in half.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook onion until tender.
- Combine hot potatoes, onion, eggs, ham and parsley in a large serving bowl.
- Pour over combined mayonnaise and milk and drizzle over the salad.
