Ham and Potato Salad

  1. Steam or microwave potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain and slice in half.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook onion until tender.
  4. Combine hot potatoes, onion, eggs, ham and parsley in a large serving bowl.
  5. Pour over combined mayonnaise and milk and drizzle over the salad.
