Beef & Potato Salsa Skillet

• 1 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 2 cups cubed new potatoes, cooked
• 1-1/4 cups tomato salsa
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1. Cook onion in dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
2. or until tender.
3. Add meat; cook 5 min., turning frequently until browned on all sides.
4. Add potatoes, salsa and corn; cook 10 to 15 min., or until meat is cooked through and remaining ingredients are heated through.
5. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
6. Serve immediately.
