Salsa (Mild) Recipe

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the above.
  2. Place about half the mix in a blender or possibly food processor.
  3. Cover and blend or possibly process till smooth.
  4. Stir in remaining mix (don't process).
  5. Cover and refrigerateat least 4 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  6. Store in refrigerator up to one week.
  7. Makes about 2 c..
