Basil Black Bean Salad

  1. Mix tomatoes, onions and garlic.
  2. Blend basil, vinegar, sugar and olive oil in small bowl.
  3. Mix the flaxseed into the olive oil mixture.
  4. Season as desired with your favorite salt-free seasoning.
  5. Pour over vegetables; toss.
  6. Stir black beans into mixture.
  7. To build salad, place black bean mixture over lettuce.
  8. Enjoy a kiwi with the salad.
  9. Serve a glass of milk with the meal.
