Peachy Cheesecake

  1. Combine sugar and Fruit-Fresh; add peaches and toss well to coat each slice.
  2. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Thaw cheese cake according to package directions.
  4. Melt preserves over low heat; add almond extract.
  5. Cool.
  6. Drain peaches well and arrange on top of cake.
  7. Glaze with preserves.
  8. Refrigerate until serving time.
  9. Makes 4-5 servings.
