Chicken Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until ad dente, about 8 min.
  2. Meanwhile, snap off and discard woody ends of asparagus.
  3. Then, slice spears into 2 inch pieces.
  4. Set aside to add to pasta during last 3 min.

  6. Meanwhile, cut chicken into strips.
  7. Heat oil in a large frying pan set over medium heat.
  8. Add chicken.
  9. Stir often until cooked through, about 3 min.
  10. Stir in wine and seasonings.
  11. Drain pasta and asparagus.
  12. Toss with chicken.
