Slow Cooker BBQ Beef

  1. Cut roast in 4 sections.
  2. Place in slow cooker, add celery, green pepper, onion and mix together ketchup, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, and water in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour over beef mixture.
  4. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until meat is tender.
  5. Shred to serve on hoagie rolls.
