Slow Cooker BBQ Beef
- 4 lbs chuck roast
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 g pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 12 cups water
- 14 ounces ketchup
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- Cut roast in 4 sections.
- Place in slow cooker, add celery, green pepper, onion and mix together ketchup, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, and water in a mixing bowl.
- Pour over beef mixture.
- Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until meat is tender.
- Shred to serve on hoagie rolls.
