Peanut Butter Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Cream cheese adds a rich texture to this delicious and unusual cheesecake.
  2. Combine crumbs, brown sugar and 1/4 c. melted butter.
  3. Press into bottom and halfway up sides of a 9 inch springform pan.
  4. Beat peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, 2 Tbsp.
  5. butter and vanilla in large bowl of electric mixer till smooth and creamy.
  6. Beat cream till soft peaks form.
  7. Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mix.
  8. Spoon into crust.
  9. Chill 6 hrs.
  10. Heat chocolate with coffee in double boiler over gently simmering water.
  11. Spread atop filling.
  12. Chill till hard.
