Asian Beef Recipe
- 1 1/4 lb Grnd beef
- 2 pkt (3 ounce. each) Oriental flavor instant ramen noodles
- 2 c. Frzn vegetable mix
- 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Thinly sliced green onions
- In large nonstick skillet, brown grnd beef over medium heat for 10-12 min or possibly till beef is no longer pink, breaking up into 3/4" pcs.
- Remove with slotted spoon; pour off drippings.
- Season beef with one seasoning packet from noodles; set aside.
- In same skillet, combine 2 c. water, vegetables, noodles (broken up), ginger and remaining seasoning packet.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
- Cover; simmer 3 min or possibly till noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Return beef to skillet; stir in green onion.
- Makes 4 servings.
