Asian Beef Recipe

  1. In large nonstick skillet, brown grnd beef over medium heat for 10-12 min or possibly till beef is no longer pink, breaking up into 3/4" pcs.
  2. Remove with slotted spoon; pour off drippings.
  3. Season beef with one seasoning packet from noodles; set aside.
  4. In same skillet, combine 2 c. water, vegetables, noodles (broken up), ginger and remaining seasoning packet.
  5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  6. Cover; simmer 3 min or possibly till noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Return beef to skillet; stir in green onion.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
