Blueberry and Apple Crumble/Cobbler With Blue Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Mix together apples, blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup cheese.
  3. Pour into a casserole dish.
  4. Rub the flour and butter together until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
  5. Stir in the remaining sugar and cheese.
  6. Spread evenly over the fruit mixture.
  7. Sprinkle lightly with the demerara sugar, if using.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and the fruit bubbles through the topping.
