Holiday Cranberry Punch

  1. Soften 1 pint sherbet.
  2. In a punch bowl, combine softened sherbet, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar.
  3. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  4. Add cranberry juice.
  5. Add champagne.
  6. Drop scoops of remaining sherbet on top of punch before serving.
