AMIEs HOLIDAY Pudding
- 1/2 loaf bread
- 2 cup fresh milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup glazed fruits
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup caramelized sugar for bottom of loaf pan
- Dissolve sugar in milk.
- Remove bread crust and soak in milk mixture for 20 minutes.
- Add eggs, raisins and glazed fruits and stir gradually until well combined.
- Pour the caramelized sugar in the bottom of a loaf pan.
- Pour the pudding mixture.
- Bake in a pan of water over (350AsF) 175AsC oven, until done., about 40 minutes.
- Let it cool.
- Transfer in a serving dish.
- Serve and share.
